The following position has opened up at Bright Beginnings Child Care Center in partnership with Mount Laurel School District for the Preschool Expansion Program. We are looking to hire 2 certified teachers for the current 2025 - 2026 school year!

Position: Preschool/Pre-K Teacher (P3 Certification Required)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- P3 Certification; Standard preferred. Can accept CE with EPP and mentorship, or CEAS with mentorship.
Salary: $56,000 - $58,000 per Academic Year

Responsibilities:
- Implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs and interests of preschool students.
- Manage classroom activities and ensure a safe and nurturing learning environment.
- Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education to continuously improve teaching methods.
- Plan and conduct educational activities that promote early childhood development.
- Utilize effective communication skills to build and maintain positive relationships with both students and parents, as well as other staff members.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $56,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
