Construction Laborer Cillessen Construction Company – Wheat Ridge, Colorado
Job Summary
Cillessen Construction Company is seeking a responsible and hard-working Laborer to join our team. Our Construction Laborer will work alongside our team while reporting directly to our General Contractor. You will have the opportunity to work in different settings and a variety of project types, including new home builds, commercial and residential renovations, and exterior restorations.
Responsibilities
You will play a key role in the completion of our projects including pick-up and delivery of materials, ensuring permits are prepared and ready at the jobsite, and setting and removing ladders for city inspections. In addition, you will perform physical tasks such as:
- Cleaning and preparing jobsites and removing debris
- Loading and unloading materials at project jobsites
- Material running between jobsites and suppliers
- Floor protection installation
- General demolition
- Landscaping and site work
- Assembling and disassembling scaffolding and temporary structures
- Operating and tending heavy equipment and machinery
- Digging trenches, compacting earth, and backfilling holes
- Following instructions from supervisors and assisting our General Contractor and Project Managers with their duties
Skills & Qualifications
- A current and valid driver's license
- Willingness to drive to jobsites located in different areas throughout the work week
- Ability to read a tape measure correctly
- Able to lift 75 lbs
- Self-starter with a strong desire to learn
- Come to work every day with a positive and professional attitude
- Have good recommendations for local breakfast burrito places
Compensation
$22/hr
