We are looking for team members that are proficient, efficient, dependable and fast learners that understand the importance of customer service. Management positions available for those showing leadership qualities and the ability to lead by example in as early as 4 weeks
Team Member Responsibilities include but not limited to
- Cooking in an open concept kitchen
- Making fresh squeezed lemonade daily
- Baking fresh bread
- Interacting with the guests
- Doing only your best to be inviting
- Prepping fresh ingredients
- Practicing kitchen communication
- Routine daily cleaning of the restaurant
- Ability to lift 10 lbs, occasionally 50 lbs
OPENERS additional responsibilities but not limited to
- Operate a slicer
- Blanch and prep the days fresh ingredients for business
- Use basic math skills to follow a prep sheet and bread count form
- Have communication skills to address catering calls and vendors
Qualifications
- Dependable- must work scheduled shifts
- Sense of Urgency - speed of service is a crucial part of job description
- Punctual - On time every time
- Transportation - Reliable, consistent transportation is a MUST
- Genuine - Do what you say and say what you mean
- Efficient - Able to multitask and a fast learner
- Friendly - Smile, have fun, and let your personality shine
- Team Members must be at least 16 years of age
- Openers must be at least 18 years of age
- Authorized to work in the United States with appropriate documentation
Wage is determined by previous restaurant experience as well as other variables that may be detected with every potential candidate.
