The Family Center of Washington County Early Childhood Program is a 5 STARS nonprofit child-led, nature-influenced Reggio Emilia program.
We are seeking a nurturing, creative professional interested in caring for young children. Your role will include working as a member of a multi-disciplinary team and providing education and support services to children with a variety of different needs. This is a short-term role from September 1 – November 30, 2026.
Desired Qualifications:
Early Childhood Program Support Teacher candidates should have:
- Experience caring for young children.
- Must pass a fingerprint and background check.
- Must be 18 years old and High School graduate
Preferred but not required:
- Northern Lights Level II Certificate
- Associate's degree in early childhood education, Human Development or related field, bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience teaching in an early childhood setting, including direct experience providing developmental or support services to children with disabilities or other needs and their families.
