Role: Project Scheduler (Construction)
Location: Chagrin Falls, OH (On-Site)
Travel: Limited (occasional visits to project sites for coordination)

Compensation: $75,000 $85,000 base + bonus potential
About the Role
We are seeking a Project Scheduler to support heavy civil and infrastructure construction projects. This role works closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams to develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules.
The position focuses on Primavera P6 scheduling, project coordination, and schedule performance tracking, with involvement in cost-loaded scheduling and time impact analysis.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cost- and resource-loaded CPM schedules using Primavera P6
- Update schedules regularly based on field progress, coordination meetings, and project changes
- Analyze schedule performance including critical path, float, and delays
- Support Time Impact Analysis (TIA) and change management documentation
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, and Engineers to align schedules with project execution
- Integrate subcontractor schedules into the master project schedule
- Import and validate project data from HCSS HeavyJob into Primavera P6
- Prepare schedule reports, updates, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders
- Review project documents and identify potential schedule risks and impacts
- Assist in planning, forecasting, and overall project controls
Mandatory Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 3 5 years of experience in construction scheduling (heavy civil preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory)
- Experience with cost/resource-loaded scheduling
- Understanding of construction sequencing, production rates, and project workflows
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
- Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills
- High attention to detail and time management
Preferred Experience
- Experience with HCSS HeavyJob or similar construction software
- Exposure to heavy civil, infrastructure, roadway, or structural concrete projects
- Experience supporting Time Impact Analysis (TIA)
- Experience working directly with field teams and project leadership
