NOW HIRING PROFESSIONALS FOR THE TOWING INDUSTRY
Kidd’s Towing and Recovery is currently looking for clean-cut, goal-oriented, professional individuals to fill the following positions in the greater Wichita area:
Call Center Agent: This position is for 2ND SHIFT and involves answering multi-line phones, data entry and coordinating driver locations with incoming calls. Ability to "Multi-task," computer knowledge with basic typing skills and common sense is a must.
Previous Dispatch experience is a plus. One year of excellent customer service phone experience is required. This is a full time position, including weekends with possibility of fill-in shifts at any time. You must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays. Some overtime is a possibility.
Starting pay is minimum of $12.00 per hour, depending upon experience, with a review of performance after 90 days (FIRST TWO DAYS OF TRAINING ARE UNPAID)- These are considered a trial run. Actual training will be on 3rd shift.
