OVERVIEW
The will work in a Long Term environment and will provide assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident assessments and care plans.
- Assist residents with daily tasks such as bathing, feeding, dressing, observing intake of food, care of hair, nails, moving residents from area to area, responding to calls.
- Measure and record vital signs.
- Observe and report symptoms, reactions, and changes in conditions to residents.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must hold a valid Texas Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license
- Experience in a long-term care facility is preferred
- Must be at least 16 years of age
