Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and organized Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads and customer opportunities.
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and ensure accurate order entry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Provide product information, pricing, availability, and delivery updates.
- Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in company systems.
- Follow up on open orders, backorders, deliveries, and customer requests.
- Assist with outbound sales calls and account development activities.
- Meet or exceed customer service and sales performance goals.
- Support administrative and office functions as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, account management, or a related role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing responsibilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/order management systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $41,600.00 - $57,034.61 per year
