Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to a diverse range of patients, including long-term care residents and short-stay rehabilitation patients
Assess patients' medical and emotional needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement treatment strategies
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Monitor patients' conditions, report changes, and respond to emergencies as needed
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient charts and medication administration records
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Requirements:
0 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN)
Current licensure as a RN or LPN/LVN in the state of Florida
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and populations
Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs)
