Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Branch Finance Manager to join our team. As the Assistant Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our branch. Your role will involve managing financial transactions, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic financial guidance to the company.

Duties:
- Manage and oversee all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, and forecasting
- Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for management and stakeholders - Collaborate with other departments to develop and monitor budgets
- Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management to support decision-making processes
- Monitor cash flow, manage debt, and optimize working capital
- Oversee loan processing activities and ensure compliance with lending regulations - Conduct credit analysis on potential customers and negotiate credit terms
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role - Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices
- Proficient in using financial software applications and tools
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Solid understanding of contract negotiation and sales principles - Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
