Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician who not only has strong technical ability, but also aligns with our values. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and wants to be part of a team that truly cares—about the work, the customer, and each other.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems
- Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and honestly with customers
- Provide solutions that align with customer needs and company standards
- Deliver a high level of service that reflects our commitment to excellence
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of HVAC service experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- EPA Certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive hourly pay. Rate based on experience
