What You’ll Do
As a pivotal member of our project delivery and leadership team, you will:
- Manage Impactful Projects: Direct technical, budgetary, and regulatory aspects of site investigation, compliance, and remediation projects.
- Navigate Regulations: Apply deep knowledge of Massachusetts (MCP) and federal regulatory programs to deliver sound compliance strategies.
- Write & Communicate: Author high-quality technical reports, regulatory submittals, business correspondence, and comprehensive work plans.
- Engage Clients: Act as a primary point of contact for a diverse mix of industrial, institutional, and governmental clients, effectively presenting complex technical information.
- Drive Business Growth: Maintain trusted client relationships and identify new opportunities to expand our work with both public and private entities.
- Collaborate in the Field: Attend key onsite client meetings and project sites (local travel required).
What You’ll Bring
- Education & Credentials: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or a closely related field.
- Proven Experience: Strong background in the environmental field with a distinct focus on project management, site assessment, and remediation.
- Regulatory Expertise: Strong familiarity with Massachusetts and Federal regulations related to soil, groundwater, and building materials.
- Communication Excellence: Superb written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical procedures and governmental regulations into clear, actionable data.
- Leadership Traits: Excellent organizational, time-management, and relationship-building skills.
- Logistics: A valid driver's license is required.
