We’re looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our in-clinic team. In this role, you’ll provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental disabilities. You’ll work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.
What You’ll Do:

Provide direct ABA therapy in an in-school and clinic-based setting

Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans

Collect accurate data and maintain detailed session notes using Rethink software

Support clients in skill-building and independence
-
Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and the clinical team

Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines

What We’re Looking For:

Current RBT certification from the BACB (required)

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred experience in-school and clinic-based)

Strong background in managing challenging behaviors

Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills

Ability to manage challenging behaviors professionally
