Sales Director – West Coast | Remote
Our client is a high-growth financial technology company that partners with independent Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) to help them better serve their clients. Their platform provides access to best-in-class financial products through intuitive, scalable technology and is used by hundreds of advisory firms across the US.
They are hiring a Director of BD to own and grow their presence across the western US. This is a unique opportunity to join as the sole sales representative in the region at a well-backed company with strong product-market fit and ambitious growth plans
The Role
You'll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pipeline management through to close and client activation — while also managing and growing relationships within an existing book of business. You'll work cross-functionally with relationship management, marketing, and product teams and represent the company at industry conferences and client meetings across your territory.
What We're Looking For

8+ years of sales experience in financial services or fintech

Proven track record selling to or working with independent RIAs

Series 7 licensed, or willing to obtain within 60 days of joining

Based in the western US — CA, TX, CO, or AZ (California preferred)
