Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Home Health Marketer/Account Executive/Sales rep. to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home health marketing/sales, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. This role involves providing support in home health sales, account management, and ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their health needs are met.
- Provide expert advice on home health services, utilizing knowledge in medical and home health sales.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Utilize organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding home health services available.
- Offer leadership within the team by mentoring new staff members and sharing best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably within a home health or healthcare environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex health information clearly.
- Background in medical, home health, hospice, DME or pharmaceutical sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other office software applications.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Experience in account management is a plus.
