Northern Apex Group is expanding our Tampa team and seeking motivated individuals for our Client Experience Concierge position to assist clients in finding Health Insurance coverage built for them.
This is a sales position. Client Experience Concierges work directly with prospective clients to identify their health coverage needs, present available health insurance options, and assist them in selecting and enrolling in coverage.
The client experience is an important part of the role, but the primary focus is health insurance sales, enrollment, relationship building, and achieving individual and team sales goals.
No previous insurance experience is required. We provide paid training and continued coaching to help you develop your insurance knowledge and sales skills.
What You'll Do
- Sell health insurance products to prospective clients
- Speak directly with individuals seeking health coverage
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate plan options
- Present and explain available health insurance products
- Answer questions regarding plans and coverage
- Guide clients from initial consultation through enrollment
- Follow up with prospective clients throughout the sales process
- Build strong professional client relationships
- Work toward individual and team health insurance sales goals
