- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree).
- 10+ years of proven experience in Construction Management, with a focus on clean water/wastewater projects or similar heavy civil/utility work.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, plans, specifications, and associated safety requirements.
- Valid Driver license Satisfactory driving record (must be maintained).
Ideally, You’ll Also Have
- Proven experience leading full-cycle projects—from preconstruction and procurement through close-out—while managing budgets, schedules, and field teams.
- Proficiency in Trimble ProjectSight, Procore, and other project management tools.
Essential Functions This position involves intermittent sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, and lifting. Lifting is limited to 20 lbs. (supplies, drawings, etc.), with the longest carry distance of 50 feet. The role requires hand manipulation for grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine motor tasks, with occasional reaching and work above or below shoulder level. No foot controls are necessary.
You must remain alert to equipment and surroundings while working on or near active construction job sites, hazardous machinery, uneven ground, and in varying conditions (dust, fumes, noise, temperature/humidity extremes, and occasional work at heights). Occasional travel is required
