We are currently seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at our Mill Creek facility. This full-time position is ideal for motivated individuals who are physically capable and eager to work in a hands-on, industrial environment. The role focuses on general maintenance and repair of mobile equipment and material processing machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote a culture of safety through personal actions and awareness; report safety concerns and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Maintain and repair the primary crusher assembly and related plant equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance on mobile equipment
- Properly use, maintain, and store tools and machinery in safe working conditions
- Comply with all company policies and state and federal safety regulations
- Use welding and cutting equipment, as well as hand tools, to perform repairs
- Service bearings, drive assemblies, and process installations
- Accurately document all preventive maintenance activities
- Maintain a clean work area and perform general housekeeping as needed
- Perform other related duties and job assignments as required
Working Conditions:
Work is performed in an industrial, outdoor environment with exposure to dust, noise, heat, and varying weather
Physically demanding role requiring:
- Frequent standing, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs regularly, and up to 100 lbs occasionally).
- Working on or under heavy equipment.
- Climbing up to 80 feet and working at elevated heights.
- Pulling up to 20 lbs.
- Manual dexterity to grasp tools and manipulate controls.
- Must be available for occasional on-call shifts and emergency weekend maintenance

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Experience:
- bearing maintenance and installs: 2 years (Preferred)
- gearbox maintenance and installs: 2 years (Preferred)
- screw conveyor: 2 years (Preferred)
- belt splicing, patches and conveyor tracking: 2 years (Preferred)
- Industrial Maintenance: 5 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
