As an Accountant, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting strong financial operations across MyCHN subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and general ledger activities

Record and reconcile revenue, expenses, and accruals
-
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Perform bank reconciliations and track cash receipts
-
Support billing teams with payment research and issue resolution
-
Ensure financial data accuracy and compliance with policies
-
Maintain accounting records, journals, and documentation
-
Collaborate with departments to resolve discrepancies and improve reporting
-
Assist with internal and external audits as needed
What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
-
Strong knowledge of accrual accounting and general accounting principles
-
Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems (MIP experience preferred)

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail
-
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
-
Experience in healthcare or nonprofit finance preferred
