Resurfacing Technician –$28–$34/hr Avg. Post-Training

Position Overview: We’re looking for a skilled, hands-on Resurfacing Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you'll restore surfaces in both residential and commercial settings, using professional refinishing techniques to bring new life to worn-out tubs, tile, and countertops.
Pay:
- $20/hour during training
- Post training pay is based on completed projects, averaging $28–$34/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Prep surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and repairing chips or cracks
- Apply coatings using specialized tools and techniques
- Follow safety protocols, including proper ventilation during projects
- Deliver clean, detailed, quality finishes that meet our standards
- Communicate clearly with customers about their needs and expectation
- Travel as required for company needs (8–10 weeks annually)
What We’re Looking For:
- Background in automotive work, painting, or other detail-oriented, hands-on roles is a strong plus
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required)
- Able to lift and move equipment and supplies as needed
