Job Overview
We're looking for a team-oriented Line Cook who is quick to learn and is excited by what we do here. Line Cooks are the entry-level Back of House position for our restaurant, and we're always looking for fresh friendly faces looking to grow their skills. Previous kitchen experience is preferred, but we're more than willing to train up a good fit, so don't hesitate to apply today!
Responsibilities
- Participate in daily prep and service for all stations
- ensure quality of food being prepared and sold from all stations
- Maintain cleanliness and organizaton of all kitchen, cooler, and stroage areas
- Adhere to all state and company standards for health and safety
- Engage in ongoing training and coaching all dishes, specials, allergens, and ingredients
- Follow opening and closing procedures and checklists
- Demonstrate knowledge of all food in-house
- Use proper techniques and safe practices for all kitchen equipment and tools
Pay
The total rate is $18.00-$23.00/hr, dependent on experience. Cost-of-living raises awarded semi-annually, dependent on business health

Hours
We're hiring full-time and part-time, anywhere from 20-38 hours a week, and have open shifts every day of the week!
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
