Ok so here is the deal. We ain't your standard big dumb company. We care about our people and we care about our clients. You aren't just a number in a giant cog. You are the face of our company.
About the job:
We spray lawns with fertilizer and weed control. We kill weeds and make grass green. It is route work. You will service about 400 clients over a 6 week period so it is something different every day. We have new Ford F-450 trucks that are NOT pieces of junk. We have a full time mechanic to keep your producing. And we have management that are NOT idiots. Our workplace don't suck or nothin'.
The pay:
We have about a 4 week training period. We will teach you the basics, pretty much all hands on learning with one day of office training we have to do for the Gooberment. During this period you will make $18 an hour. After this period you will have the opportunity to make 14% of the revenue you spray. You will always have a base pay of $18 an hour, but you will have the opportunity to make $30-40 an hour if you are efficient and you don't waste time. 85% of our techs make at least $30 an hour.
