Position Summary:
The Manufacturing Supervisor position is designed to prepare high-potential candidates for full-time management responsibilities within a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on learning and executing all daily production, workflow, and supervisory functions. The Manufacturing Supervisor works closely with the Director of Operations and production leadership team, with additional guidance from the General Manager and Company Principal.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Shadow and assist the Plant Manager and Production Managers to learn all related operational and supervisory duties.
- Rotate through key departments to understand workflows, production schedules, and operational priorities.
- Learn how work is scheduled, prioritized, and tracked.
- Learn and enforce safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Participate in regular meetings to understand daily, monthly, and annual production goals.
- Stay informed of company policies affecting plant employees and working conditions.
- Report plant issues to appropriate personnel.
- Gradually gain more responsibilities as training progresses.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong dependability and commitment to follow-through.
- Demonstrated ability to organize, lead, and motivate teams.
- Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
Physical Requirements:

Working Conditions:
- Outside exposed to heat, cold, wind, rain, and UV rays
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
