Preferred Skills
Patience and understanding with young adults and children who are living with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
Experience in building independent living skills such as hygiene, safety, social skills, expressive and receptive communication, meal prep, etc.
Knowledge of home care services.
Proficient in written and verbal communication.
Experience supporting high-risk individuals with behavioral support plans.
OIS Training and Certified (pays at a higher rate).
