Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via multi-line phone systems, email, and in-person interactions.
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and directing them appropriately.
- Maintain accurate data entry records using Microsoft Office applications, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for billing or bookkeeping tasks.
- Support office management duties such as filing, proofreading documents, calendar management, and organizing appointments.
- Assist with clerical tasks including filing, photocopying, and updating customer records to ensure information accuracy.
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing concerns, providing product or service information, and following up on unresolved issues.
- Utilize strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively while managing multiple responsibilities with efficiency and professionalism.
Experience
- Previous office experience or administrative support background is preferred.
- Proven customer service experience demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and basic computer literacy.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs effectively.
- Experience with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of office management procedures including appointment scheduling and record keeping will be advantageous.

Pay: $20.00 - $21.50 per hour
