What We Offer
- Guaranteed Base Pay + Uncapped Commission

- $100 per Insurance Claim
- Average Commission: $2,500–$3,500 per Project

What You'll Do
- Inspect homes for storm damage
- Meet with homeowners and explain the restoration process
- Document inspections with photos
- Generate new business opportunities
- Help homeowners navigate insurance claims
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners
- Reliable transportation and smartphone
- Ability to climb a ladder when needed
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
