Join Us as We Build Something New
Thrive Speech Therapy was founded in 2018 by Jessica Sekhon, M.S., CCC-SLP and has grown to 9 pediatric therapy locations across the Houston area. Over the years, we have built a strong reputation for providing compassionate, high-quality services while creating a supportive environment for both the families we serve and the clinicians who care for them.
As part of our continued growth, we are excited to launch Luda ABA, a new ABA center opening in the Tomball area in Fall 2026. The center will be located directly next to our existing Thrive Speech Therapy clinic, allowing for collaboration between disciplines and a more comprehensive experience for the children and families we support.
Our goal is to build an ABA program that is neuro-affirming, family-centered, and focused on meaningful outcomes. We believe in meeting children where they are, respecting individual differences, and creating a supportive environment where communication, autonomy, and quality of life are prioritized.
We are looking for an experienced BCBA who is passionate and and is excited for the growth of the new center. This is a unique opportunity to join an established organization with a strong reputation and existing administrative infrastructure.
Unlike many start-up clinics, you won't be doing it alone. Thrive already has dedicated billing, administrative, marketing, and leadership teams in place, allowing our clinicians to focus on what matters most - providing exceptional care to children and families. We provide the tools, therapy materials, and clinical resources needed to support your success, and we are committed to creating an environment where both our clients and employees can thrive.
