Key Responsibilities:
- Apply caulk and sealants around windows, doors, and glass surfaces.
- Safely access elevated areas using rappelling techniques.
- Set up and operate ropes, pulleys, and swing staging equipment.
- Clean and prepare surfaces for sealant application.
- Identify and fix leaks, cracks, and other waterproofing issues.
- Work on waterproofing below-grade surfaces.
- Finish coating Puma and Tremco deck systems.
- Install and maintain expansion joint systems.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as a Waterproofer, Caulker, or similar.
- Knowledge of waterproofing materials and techniques.
- Comfortable working at heights with safety in mind.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools used in caulking.
- Ability to read construction drawings.
Requirements:
- Background check and drug test required.
- OSHA 10/30 certification is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
