- 5:45 AM – 2:15 PM
- 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 32 or 40 hours/week
Compensation
40 Hours/Week
- Gross Weekly Pay: $2,200
- Blended Hourly Rate: $55.00
- Taxable Weekly Pay: $604
- Non-Taxable Weekly Stipend: $1,596
- Base Pay: $15.10/hour
- Stipend: $39.90/hour

Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week Long-Term Care (LTC) contract at an ICF (Intermediate Care Facility).
This facility serves residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Resident ages range from 17 to 73 years old.
The ideal candidate is a fast learner, flexible, reliable, and a strong team player who is comfortable providing care in a specialized long-term care environment.
Requirements
- Current, active LPN license
- Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (IDD) preferred
- G-tube experience required
- Tracheostomy (trach) experience required
- Ventilator (vent) experience required
- Must be comfortable caring for patients with complex medical needs
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
- Must be a fast learner and flexible
- Dependable and professional attendance
- Flu shot is required
- Ability to work the assigned combination of day/evening shifts

Residents have intellectual or developmental disabilities, with ages ranging from 17–73. Nurses should be comfortable with specialized care and medical equipment, including G-tubes, trachs, and ventilators.
