Job Overview
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Front of House (FOH) team member who loves working with people and can confidently prepare bowls while delivering top-tier customer service. If you’re positive, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a positive, welcoming attitude
- Take orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare bowls consistently according to CupsPops standards
- Provide excellent customer service and handle questions with confidence
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house and prep area
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
- Work as part of a team to keep service running smoothly during busy times
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, upbeat personality with strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail when preparing bowls and orders
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Willingness to learn and follow food safety standards
- Previous food service or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
