We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dietary Aide / Relief Cook to join our team in Louisville, KY. The ideal candidate will assist in meal preparation and service, maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, and support dietary operations to ensure a positive dining experience for our residents.
- Prepare dining areas for meals by setting tables and gathering supplies as needed.
- Assist with delivery, set up, application of condiments, cutting food, and other tasks related to resident meal service.
- After each meal, bus tables, return carts to the kitchen, deliver soiled napkins and table linens to laundry, and report individual resident food intake as warranted.
- Remove garbage and recyclable items to dumpsters outside the facility.
- Monitor and deliver dietary supply inventory for the assigned area.
- Monitor refrigerator cleanliness, temperature, and foodstuffs stored for identification, freshness, and proper disposal.
- Deliver and pass nutritional supplements and snacks as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
