Primary responsibilities of the job include:
· Seeking a Superintendent with experience running commercial or public works projects
· Experience supervising your own jobs with strong leadership skills
· Must have experience with projects from $5K-1 million in size
· Must have at least 5 years’ experience
· Ground up experience
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Successfully completing projects on time and on budget
A successful candidate will possess the following:
· A 4-year degree in Construction or Engineering
· Previous experience running projects up to $1 million
· A desire to do things right the first time
· Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
· Understanding of shop drawings
· Ability to maintain schedules and budgets
Salary Range: $100-125K
