Bella Grace Hair & Makeup Team is a growing on-location bridal beauty company serving Tampa Bay Area.
We are currently expanding our team and looking for talented, dependable, and passionate Hair Stylists and Makeup Artists who love the bridal beauty industry and are looking for an opportunity to grow with an established team.
We specialize in creating personalized hair and makeup experiences for brides and their wedding parties while providing a professional, supportive, and team-oriented environment for our artists.
At Bella Grace, we believe every bride deserves to look and feel beautiful on her special day. Our artists work together to provide an exceptional client experience while staying current with bridal beauty trends, techniques, and education.

Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for Hair Stylists and Makeup Artists who are professional, dependable, punctual, and passionate about the bridal beauty industry.
Ideal candidates should:
- Have experience providing professional hair and/or makeup services
- Be friendly, professional, and confident working with clients
- Work well independently and as part of a team
- Be dependable and punctual
- Have reliable transportation
- Provide their own professional hair and/or makeup kit, tools, and supplies
- Be available primarily on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
- Be willing to travel to wedding venues within their designated service area
- Be interested in continuing education and professional growth
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Bella Grace brand positively
Bridal experience is preferred; however, we are open to talented artists who demonstrate strong potential, professionalism, and a willingness to learn and grow.
Compensation & Growth Opportunities
Bella Grace offers a competitive tiered compensation structure that allows artists to advance based on experience, skill, reliability, professionalism, and contribution to the team.
As artists grow within Bella Grace, they have opportunities to earn higher per-service payouts and advance into leadership positions, including our Certified Lead Artist Program, which offers additional compensation opportunities.
Independent Contractor Position
This is an independent contractor position with flexible scheduling based on artist availability and wedding bookings.
The majority of our weddings take place on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, with Saturdays being our busiest days.
Artists are responsible for maintaining their own professional kit, tools, supplies, transportation, and any required professional licensing.
