Pay: $55,000 – $60,000 per year

Position Overview
We're looking for an experienced Dispatcher to coordinate daily operations for our fleet of company drivers. You'll be the hub between drivers, customers, and our operations team — planning loads, optimizing routes, and keeping everything moving safely and on time. We dispatch on the McLeod system, so experience with McLeod (or a comparable TMS) will help you hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispatch drivers and manage daily schedules across the fleet
- Plan loads and optimize routes for efficiency and on-time delivery
- Source freight and manage loads via load boards
- Enter and update loads in our McLeod dispatching system
- Ensure DOT compliance, including ELD and log management
- Communicate proactively with drivers, customers, and operations staff
Qualifications
- Verifiable dispatching experience within the trucking industry
- Proven ability to plan loads and manage driver schedules effectively
- Hands-on load board and freight sourcing experience
- Strong working knowledge of DOT regulations, including ELDs and log management
- Proficiency with trucking software and TMS platforms (McLeod experience a plus)
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $55,000 – $60,000 per year, based on experience
