About The Position
CallHarbor is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Associate to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in technology sales, customer relationships, and business communications.
In this role, you’ll work closely with our sales, support, and partner teams to help deliver an exceptional experience for our clients and channel partners. You’ll assist with proposals, product demos, customer communication, and day-to-day sales operations while learning the UCaaS/VoIP industry from experienced professionals.
We’re looking for someone who is organized, personable, eager to learn, and comfortable communicating with businesses of all sizes.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Create, organize, and send proposals to prospective clients and partners
- Assist with sales opportunities from initial inquiry through close of sale
- Conduct product demos and walkthroughs of the CallHarbor platform
- Answer inbound sales inquiries and qualify potential opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
- Coordinate with the support and engineering teams to prepare quotes for add-ons, upgrades, and system changes
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers regarding proposals, next steps, and open opportunities
- Assist with CRM management, opportunity tracking, and sales documentation
- Support partner engagement initiatives, webinars, and events
- Help maintain accurate records of customer communications and sales activity
- Learn and stay current on CallHarbor products, features, and industry trends
- Assist with miscellaneous administrative and operational sales tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, account management, or a customer-facing business role
- Comfortable presenting products and solutions to prospective customers, both virtually and over the phone
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Experience using a CRM platform to manage opportunities, customer communication, and follow-up activities
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, friendly, and confident demeanor
- Comfortable learning new technology platforms and software tools
- Experience with Google Workspace preferred
- Telecommunications, SaaS, or technology sales experience is a plus, but not required
