- Maintain and clean facilities according to a set daily/monthly schedule to include restrooms, offices, hallways, lobby, lunch rooms and manufacturing areas
- Provide collection and disposal services for wastepaper, trash and debris
- Dry sweep, polish floors, vacuum, dust mop and damp mop hard surfaced floors
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and lunchroom fixtures
- Dust, damp wipe, wash and polish furniture and windows
- Keep interior and exterior premises appearance neat and clean from debris and ensure all areas are clean and neat
- Address any facilities emergencies that arise
