The current opening is for a Quality Manager. Main duties include:
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Quality and Environmental Management Systems
- Lead and maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems
- Develop and maintain procedures, work instructions, process maps, and quality documentation
- Lead internal audit programs
- Analyze performance metrics, customer feedback, audit results
- Champion lean initiatives, 5S, Kanban, value stream mapping, and process flow optimization
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and environmental responsibility
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving ability
