Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Conduct regular rounds to assess patient needs and provide guidance to nursing staff
Monitor and report patient progress to physicians and other healthcare professionals
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
Maintain accurate records and reports of patient care and unit activities
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless transitions and effective communication

Current RN licensure in the state of Alabama
