We’re looking for compassionate and dedicated CNAs to provide hands-on care and emotional support to our residents. If you’re passionate about helping others and want to make a meaningful impact, we’d love to have you on our team!
Job Duties:
Assist residents with hygiene and daily living needs
Support feeding and basic treatments under nurse direction
Observe and report emotional and physical changes
Maintain a clean and safe environment
Use equipment safely and follow OSHA guidelines
Attend required training and assist in other areas as needed
Qualifications/Requirements:
Completion of a Michigan-approved Nurse Aide Training Program (minimum 75 hours)
Successful completion of the Michigan Nurse Aide Competency Evaluation (written and skills exam)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Professional appearance and behavior
Comfortable working in a healthcare environment with varied conditions
