Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer orders, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. Duties
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders.
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery safely to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Manage shipping and receiving processes by verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders and preparing outgoing deliveries with proper packaging.
- Conduct quality control checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before shipment.
- Maintain organized storage by stocking shelves.
- Assist in inventory management tasks such as stock counts, cycle counts, and updating records within the warehouse management system.
- Support warehouse distribution activities by coordinating order fulfillment tasks with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, shipping & receiving, or distribution environments.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other mechanical tools safely and effectively.
- Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy items regularly while following safety guidelines.
- Knowledge of safety procedures including PPE use and heavy equipment operation is essential.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for quality control and inventory accuracy.
