Instructional Designer - Senior:
On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for an Instructional Designer - Senior for a 4-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Westlake, TX office.
Instructional Designer - Senior - Job Description:
The Sr. Instructional Designer will oversee the creation of learning assets for various parts of the business, including continuous learning, onboarding programs, and other business lines. As part of the Wealth Management Learning & Coaching team, you will design transformative learning experiences and collaborate to deliver training across all sales channels.
Instructional Designer - Senior - Responsibilities:
- Apply the ADDIE model to guide the development of effective learning solutions
- Analyze performance needs in partnership with business stakeholders and SMEs
- Design and develop high-quality learning assets, including eLearning and job aids
- Develop assessments and measurement strategies for learning effectiveness
- Review and refine deliverables for quality and alignment with design standards
- Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver aligned learning solutions
- Apply accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
- Contribute to learning roadmap discussions with learner-centric insights
- Demonstrate strong project ownership by managing timelines and deliverables
Instructional Designer - Senior - Mandatory Skills:
- 6+ years of experience designing and developing blended learning solutions
- Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and ADDIE model
- Expertise in designing eLearning, instructor-led, and blended formats
- Experience with assessment strategies and evaluating learning effectiveness
- Advanced proficiency in content development tools like Articulate Rise and Storyline
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Instructional Designer - Senior – Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with AI-based tools for learning design
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Proficiency in Adobe tools like Photoshop and Premiere Pro
- Experience with visual and multimedia design
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Instructional Designer - Senior – Assignment Length:
This is a 4-month contract with a possible extension.
