Key Responsibilities
- Lead design operations, project workflows, and architectural coordination activities
- Oversee design schedules, documentation, team performance, and delivery standards
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal design teams
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, design quality, risks, and operational reports
- Develop strategies to improve workflow efficiency, client service, and project outcomes
- Support staff development, process improvement, and leadership planning
- Prepare senior-level reports, project updates, and operational recommendations
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Strong experience in design operations, architectural project management, design coordination, construction documentation, or built environment services
- Previous senior management or department-level leadership experience is preferred
- Experience working with clients, consultants, contractors, or multidisciplinary project teams is an advantage

Pay: $105,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
