About the role
You’ll be part of our Customer Service team, focusing on proactive outreach and support to patients during their monitoring sessions. In this role, you’ll:

Call and follow up with patients to help them start, continue, and complete monitoring successfully.

Provide clear, empathetic guidance when patients have questions or concerns.

Keep our systems up to date so clinicians and internal teams can rely on accurate information.
