POM Recoveries, Inc. is seeking experienced Healthcare Account Resolution Specialists to join our growing team.
Our healthcare division partners with hospitals, physician practices, medical groups, and healthcare systems to assist in resolving outstanding receivables while delivering exceptional customer service.
This position is ideal for individuals with experience in medical billing and insurance follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Contact carriers regarding outstanding bills
- Research account information
- Review insurance and billing activity
- File appeals
- Resolve account issues professionally
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Meet established productivity and quality standards
- Comply with HIPAA, FDCPA, client requirements, and company policies

Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 2 years healthcare revenue cycle experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong computer proficiency
- Ability to manage multiple client systems
