Job Description:
- Come join our team of dedicated care givers. Overlooking beautiful Lake Sleepy Eye, Divine Providence Community Home is a 50 bed skilled nursing facility.
- The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or RN provides nursing care to residents according to physicians' orders and resident care plan.
- Monitors resident status and makes referrals to physician and resident's next of kin.
- Administers and records medications and treatments as prescribed by physician.
- Takes and records vital signs.
- Monitors nursing staff on assigned shift.
- Full-time or Part-time evening or night shift
- Must work every other weekend.
- $2 evening shift differential.
- $3 night shift differential.

Required Skills:
- Current LPN or RN license with MN State Board of Nursing.
- Interest in geriatric nursing with the knowledge of nursing and medicine to assist each resident to attain or maintain his or her highest level of functioning.
- Must have good people skills, ability to work cooperatively with staff, families, residents, and administration for the benefit of the resident.
- Works well in emergency situations, directs co-workers as needed.
Work days:
- Full time, Part time, or casual
- Evening Shift 2:45 pm to 11:15 pm
- Night shift 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
