What You Will Do:

Manage, Monitor, and Support Store Operations

Implement plans and processes to achieve Sales and Profit Objectives

Build relationships within the local community including Civic Organizations, Chamber of Commerce, and Business Networking Groups

Attend community functions representing your business

Meet with small business fleets in service area to offer programs to enhance business

Job Requirements:
-
Extensive knowledge of consumer tire products and services is REQUIRED.

Knowledge of basic automotive services
-
Strong team leadership expertise with understanding of what it takes to effectively direct and motivate sales.

Able to develop and implement a successful Business Growth Plan for location

Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding production, quality, efficiency, and customer service goals.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Minimum 3 years of Management Experience REQUIRED.

Ability to perform tire work, including but not limited to tire rotation and balancing/tire installation.

Valid driver’s license, acceptable MVR and pre-employment testing.
