A well-established nonprofit behavioral health organization in Upstate New York is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join its outpatient psychiatry team. For nearly 50 years, this community-based organization has provided comprehensive mental health and substance use services to children, adolescents, adults, and families while maintaining a strong reputation for compassionate, patient-centered care.
This full-time outpatient position offers an outstanding work-life balance with a flexible Monday-Friday schedule, no call, and no weekend responsibilities. Providers perform psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment for patients ages five and older while collaborating closely with therapists and an experienced multidisciplinary behavioral health team. A hybrid schedule is available, with only two onsite days required each week.

Qualifications
- Board-Certified PMHNP
- Eligible for New York licensure
- Outpatient psychiatry experience preferred
