Pay & Perks:
- Pay Range: After training, pay ranges from $22–$30+ per cleaning hour (base rate, commission & tips).

What We’re Looking For:

- Full-Time Availability: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. You’ll typically work 25–35 cleaning hours weekly, depending on reliability and performance.
- Reliable Transportation: You’ll need a personal, insured vehicle to travel between homes, and a valid driver license.
- Smartphone Savvy: We use a mobile app for schedules, job notes, and communication so data access is needed.
- Physical Readiness: You’ll need to be able lift up to 50 pounds, work efficiently and consistently through homes, and stay on your feet throughout the day.
- Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check.
- Language: Must be able to read and write English
- Employment: Employment is contingent upon meeting our standard screening requirements.
