InnerGlow Health is a growing, privately owned outpatient psychiatry practice in Hickory, North Carolina, dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who is excited to grow with us.

Position Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations (60-minute appointments)
- Provide medication management follow-up appointments (30-minute appointments)
- Diagnose and treat psychiatric conditions in children, adolescents, and adults (ages 5+)
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Collaborate with therapists, primary care providers, schools, and families when appropriate
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in North Carolina
- DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Psychiatry experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary: $110,000–$130,000

- Four clinical days and one dedicated administrative day each week
