What You'll Do
As a BCBA, you will:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
- Design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans that promote meaningful, lasting outcomes.
- Provide supervision, mentorship, and ongoing training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BCaBAs.
- Analyze client data and make timely clinical decisions to ensure progress toward treatment goals.
- Provide caregiver training and collaborate with families to support skill generalization across environments.
- Partner with interdisciplinary providers, school teams, and community stakeholders when appropriate.
- Complete documentation that meets BACB, insurance, Medicaid, and company standards.
- Participate in peer collaboration, clinical reviews, and professional development opportunities.
- Uphold the ethical standards established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Qualifications
Required:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB.
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the State of Indiana.
- Experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities.
- Strong clinical decision-making, communication, and organizational skills.
- Passion for mentoring staff and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
